As of Dec 31 2012, Co.'s oil and gas properties consisted only of non-operated working interests in oil and gas properties in the Spraberry field in the Permian Basin area of West Texas, which are operated by Pioneer Natural Resources Co. and its subsidiaries, including 2,408 producing wells. As of the same date, Co.'s proved reserves were 49.4 million barrels of oil equivalent, of which 83.0% were proved developed and 17.0% were proved undeveloped. |
