Inergy Midstream is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. owns and operates natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGL) storage and transportation facilities and a salt production business located in the Northeast region of the U.S. Co. has two segments: storage and transportation, which includes four natural gas storage facilities with an aggregate working gas storage capacity of about 41.00 billion cubic feet, natural gas pipeline facilities with 905.0 million cubic feet per day of transportation capacity and a 1.5 million barrel NGL storage facility; and salt, which includes the operations of Co.'s subsidiary, US Salt, LLC, a mining and salt production company. |
